In a nutshell...
Comet is a young Celestialite (well, young for his species) that fell from space one day and landed in Tetra, just outside of Lilycove City in the Arkwild Forest. He's Kenny's buddy and helps him in his mercenary work and oddjobs and stuff! He also helps Kenny with co-op videogames, too. They kinda do a lot together, really.
He's also pretty good friends with most of the other kids around Lilycove City, like Marcy and Misfit and (sometimes) Neptune Jr.
So, what's this kid like?
He's about as much a kid as you'd think, save that he has the maturity of.. well, he's been around for over 240 years. In human years, that's about 12 years old. Despite that, folks in the Etherealm tend to side on the more innocent minded, so all in all, he still loves kid things. Cereal? Absolutley! Cartoons? Yes, please! Theme parks, videogames, coloring books? You get the idea! So, he's pretty energetic and he's usually optimistic about things. Seriously, if you're feeling down, he'll more than likely be the first to fly over to you (literally) and attempt to pep you up.

He's also really crafty! ....No, not like he's a liar. I mean, he likes to make stuff. He likes to sew, for instance, making his own dolls and clothes. He actually made himself some clothes after crashing to Ellienias, becausssse when you enter the atmosphere like he did, you're probably gonna be on fire. Only thing he had to buy was the shoes, but that didn't stop him from customizing 'em with stars. He made a lil plushie of a character he's drawn since childhood, a clown that he's aptly named Clowny The Clown. So yeah, he also likes to draw cartoony things. Huge fan of rubberhose animation and the Elienian equivalent of Japanese mascots, so he'll draw things like that. He's also made a comic series with Clowny and his friends (a self-insert of Comet included~), too, and sometimes will puppet him around the plush version of 'em with his Kinesis ability to get some ideas... or to joke with people a bit!
He's a bit of a scaredy star. (Don't actually call 'em that. That's mean.) As much as he likes to have solo time, he prefers to be with other people and feel like he's protected, even if it's the thing where you're kind of just sharing the space with someone and doing your own thing. He can hold his own and he loves to be out on his own, but when you literally crash into a completely different world where everyone suddenly takes a huge interest in you, it... kiiiinda makes you a little paranoid of being alone. So yeah, you could say he's an ambivert! This also pretty much means he and Kenny have been pretty much inseparable ever since they met, for the most part. If he's not hanging out with Kenny, it'll likely be Marcy or Misfit or someone else in the local cul de sac.
Also, he has ZERO concept of a balanced meal, because Celestialites actually don't have to worry about nutrition. Lucky them! This does mean that you should never ask him to go get groceries. He'll return with cereal and cereal alone. Sometimes not even milk. I mean, he'll eat other stuff, but MAN he can burn through wheat puff cereal like he's starving. He usually goes anything that has the most colors.

Sidekick Star
Aside from having all kinds of kid-esque fun, he usually helps Kenny, being a Celestialite, he has some Miracle abilities, relying more on those than any kind of weapons or martial arts or sick taunts. Since he's young, his abilities are still relatively new, so he lacks the stopping power that his bigger, older starbrothers and starsisters have. If he tries too hard to do most things, it usually ends up fizzling out or backfiring, so he keeps the abilities to a low-tier. Twice to that note, he's not a front line fighter, either, by any means. The major dynamic between him and Kenny is that Comet boosts Kenny's Abilities and Kenny doles out what's gotta be done. Not to say Comet is totally helpless. One signature move any of his kind can do is Starshot, a minor Miracle in which the user can shoot a star of energy at a target with good homing ability. (Think of this as this worlds "magic missile", if you're familiar with that.) He can also Minimize: Object his belongings for easy carrying, as well as Restorize: Object them back to normal. Other atypical Celestialite spells he knows are Wish, UnWish, Unflux, Hover, Sonic Flight and so on. If he reaaaaally wants to he can cast Meteorite, but that'll likely make him pass out from the Flux that would generate, so that'd be a last measure. He cast it once trying to show off how much he'd learned back at his home during Basic Miracle Training, buuuut he doesn't plan on doing that again any time soon.
