In a nutshell...
Marcy is a young Pollidian who lives in the same cul de sac as Kenny in Sunset Hill of Lilycove City... like, directly across from him, even. A thrill seeker and a bit of a daredevil, she likes a lot of extreme sports and aspires to go professional someday. Usually always on the move, either up for exploring or skating or both. Tends to lose her temper easy when failing at something, but also has a strong want to "look cool", so she tries not to lose it. She thinks Kenny is the coolest person ever, because he's like a "superhero", despite Kenny constantly attributing his skills to Comet. She asks to go on some of his missions sometime, but is usually denied that, as those missions are dangerous. Her best friend is Deej. Other friends are Comet, -WIP/-In Progress/Misfit and sometimes even Neptune Jr... sometimes... depends on if they're mad at each other.
She lives with her mom, Felicity Marshton, of whom she has a great relationship with, and attends Lilycove Elementary School and is in the 6th Grade, in which she usually averages out around C+ grade... not because she has trouble with learning, she's just got other things on the mind usually. She also has an older brother named Marcel Marshton, but she doesn't have much a relationship with him, as he left the family when she was about 6 years old, though she does remember having fun with him. She and her family lived in Western Tetra City for half of her life, but they moved to Lilycove City after their hometown started to become... welllll, less safe.

Skate, skate, skate~!
This kid has no chill, man. Marcy likes pretty much all the extreme sports you'd expect someone who plays videogames all the time would be. You know, skateboarding, rollerblading, biking and scootering. Someday, she wants to go surfing, but she has boogieboarded before, so she counts it as such. Still has a list of things to try, like snowboarding and the like.
Her specialty is skateboarding, rarely being seen outside without it. She tends to sport an Electric E! brand board and more than likely, she has some kind of ramp or rail or thing set up around the cul de sac or somewhere in Lilycove City or Tetra City, trying out tricks and showing off if anyone is looking.
Her favorite spots are in Western Tetra City, though she hasn't been there often at all after moving to Sunset Hill... well, that and dome of the locals have taken to barring her from skating around there.
Game Time, All (well, most of) The Time
If Marcy isn't skating or what have you, she's usually videogaming. Mind you it's not ALL extreme sport games... but it mostly is. She also enjoys PowerWing games, because those are classics. Usually a console gamer, for those curious about that. She can't afford a big ol' gaming PC. She's 12, man.
When she's not videogaming OR skating, she actually has a part time gig delivering noodles for Sendable Noodes or delivering pizzas for Super Pizza Pie-sanos whenever they need a bit of extra help. If not that, there's the occasional odd job if she's feeling up to it. She usually saves up for more games or new gear for tearing it up... or ice cream.
Early Life, Family and Friends
Marcy doesn't have too much of an "early life"... I mean, she's just started, being 12 years old. Still, there's a few things to note. For one, she's always been a tomboy, much to her mother's chagrin. When she was still in her single digits, she was a lot more "girly", as her mom would always want her to dress up for church and photos and school. Her mom warmed up to letting her be her own thing around when she was 10, thinking that the tomboy thing might be a phase she just wanted to explore, even getting her a skateboard for her 10th birthday, but it stuck ever since. Since then, her mom tries to be supportive, even if she worries about it all the time, because that's kinda what a mom does.
That almost came to a close when Marcy broke her tail in two places when she tired to jump over a large storm gutter and got a wheel caught in the makeshift ramp she made when she just turned 12. It didn't heal up straight, but Marcy think it looks cool. She kind of adopted the lightning/zigzag aesthetic ever since. She even trims her tail fin to look more arrow like (Which is actually a thing Polidians can do, much like humans do with hair or nails), though... a zigzag arrow pattern is a bit eccentric, much like a mohawk would be on a human, so her mom doesn't care for it at all.
She met her best friend Deej when she was 6 at Azure Shores over in Azure Coast during a family vacation. They hit it off really well and Deej was the one that got her going on surfing and, as a result, into extreme sports. They went seperate ways after the vacation was over, as you do, but she found him again about 2 years later after moving to Lilycove City and they now hang out all the time, skating and getting whatever fast food they want, usually noodles and a 2 liter of soda. Sometimes they write goofy songs together, as Deej does a lot of music based things for fun. They once turned her catchphrase into a catchy lil song once and simply called it "Yo Yo, Kero Kero"

Marcy is pretty proud of how far she's gotten with her skating skills. One time, she got the attention of a talent scout for Electric E! at a skatepark in Western Tetra City, though there were many other candidates that had way more experience at the time, so she didn't have a chance... but the skater that DID get picked said she was super good and the scout took notice and basically said she had potential. She's taken that as a huge motivating factor for herself ever since.
Failures & Embarrassments
Marcy really, REALLY tries to look cool in front of people, so she embarrasses herself easily, even if it's not really a big deal. There's a lot of times this has happened, but she doesn't remember too many of them, aside from some of the bigger ones... like the time she was forced into a school play, in which she played a tree that said "This sun is burnin'. Please leaf me be, Mr Sun." The context was lost over time. She thinks it was about global warming or something, but she does remember it was a really dumb line and she burped half way into it. Maybe she remember that one a bit more extremely than it was. You probably know how that goes.
She also broke one of Kenny gaming controllers in a fit of gaming rage. Threw it out the window when she wasn't thinking clearly and it happened to land right in front of Kenny. She stormed out to get it and only snapped out of it when Kenny addressed her, to which she tried to play it off, did one of her poses she does and.,.. knocked the remains into a storm drain by accident. That was pretty cringe. (Kenny doesn't hold it against her, though.)
